On the beach

It was a lovely sunny morning although fairly cold as we took our grandson out for a morning stroll.  The fishermen were out with fish for sale.  We stood for quite a few minutes watching as two seagulls picked at a large crab picking out the flesh, our grandson enjoyed watching as the dominant one took most of it but the other still managed to get a few scraps.

This evening I was rapidly reading the book for tomorrow's bookclub meeting, just as well its an easy read.
