Evening light

The big camera was left at home because I didn't think I'd need it, but the sun came out. Doh. Here's something from my phone instead. It was nice to stretch the legs after a day of correcting books. After the book has been published, translators send queries preparing another country's edition or a reader has sent in an error they've spotted, or something happens that knocks a fact into the past. For a time it was astronomers finding new moons orbiting Jupiter and all the books that number Jupiter's moons had to be corrected. That and new elements being named on the periodic table. Or dinosaurs having feathers. Or Pluto no longer being a planet. It's never boring!

It's best to correct the book as soon as a query comes in or it gets very confusing. I've sorted three books today. The next editions will be even more fabulous!
