Long day. Early pickup by John the lift-share, but that does mean I get back early too. Minimal lunch as I'd a meeting shortly afterwards. Out again, on the bike this time, for a Meeting meeting from which I've just returned.

E unwell, off work, with a serious cold and sore throat.
