Starlings in the snow

I got a shock when I got up this morning, it was pouring with snow!  So whilst I was eating breakfast and preparing for the day, I popped outside and put some more worms for the birds down!

Yesterday's starling came back and brought his mate - they were back and forth all morning and all the worms have gone, plus they had a go at the nuts too.  I reckon they have eggs somewhere..

Took a few shots, but couldn't decide on my blip, so this is it.  I'll put a few extras in later.

Busy day today and now I'm taking Charlie to the vet if I can capture her!!
