Culzean Castle

Just desperate to see a different view so having checked that the National Trust parkland and gardens at Culzean were open we headed off for a morning at the coast.

It was such a beautiful day and what made things even better ..... take away coffee and open toilets! Lots of cars arriving in the afternoon when we were on our way home.

The cormorant was sitting, still as a statue, on the log in the swan pond. The log has been there as long as I can remember and it’s a favourite with the cormorants.
