A sheet of greaseproof and another layer and into the freezer they go! 

I'm going to have a late breakfast and then I'm off to the bouldering wall for... probably only an hour, as I imagine I'll have had enough by then. It'll be interesting. 

Edit: one hour was indeed enough at the wall, but it was really enjoyable and I'm looking forward to going again on Friday with Rachel. Afterwards I did a bit of shopping :-) Dunelm, GoOutdoors, B&Q and Sainsbury's with some horrendous inner city traffic in between.
