Miche au miel des Corbières

Out of the oven at 10:30 pm, so we didn't taste it till this morning. I was already delighted with the way it looked though, just like the photo in the book, and it smelled amazing while it was baking. It's the first time I've made a loaf with rye flour in it (admittedly only 30%) that is actually edible. Not that I tried very often after the memorable brick that went straight in the bin. It was delicious for breakfast with honey.

Book group this evening! We're discussing Hamnet, which I read and gave away to freespiral months ago, so I will have to refresh my memory.
