A Place in the Sun

At last, the weather warmed up just enough to entice Basil out on to the lawn for a short rest.

We all went to Staunton Harold this afternoon to catch a cup of coffee and a seat in the sun. It was pretty busy at Ferrers Centre where there are all sorts of craft shops. The tea rooms have opened again, presumably under new management. Len got our coffees from the bakery.

We took the coffee first because the tea rooms and shops shut at four pm.

Wandered down to the lake. Everything looks so beautifully fresh and green. I took a few more infrared photos. I am really liking the infrared in black and white, if you see what I mean.
