Dark Sky, Bright Sun

One of those evenings when you walk around in amazement. Wonderful to feel warm sun on my back and listen to the birds.

Tried a straight on view to minimise distortion from the wide lens, just using it instead to take in the expanse of dark clouds overhead.

I wanted even more, so this image is a 3-shot panorama, stitched in Lightroom. However, the distant shoreline ended up dipping down to the left, which required Photoshop to warp back into level.
