Barn conversion

I often drive past this former barn on the way into town (the road is off to the right). It was formerly a typical timber framed Suffolk barn with a high entrance for a waggon loaded with hay to enter in the middle of the other side. It has been under reconstruction for about the last 12 months (and is still not yet complete). I wonder if it'll be for sale or whether it's being converted for someone who has already bought it and is waiting to move in
