The Planned Journey

Following our route planning exercise yesterday we went on our way.

The main Blipfoto shows West Wemyss, Harbour and Village. The tide is very definitely out. The village was very quiet and is very much worth visiting.

Hotels and Pubs remain shut, but that should change over the next few months as Scotland opens up.

West Wemyss has a drop-in centre for Paranormal Search. I don’t think it was open.

The first extra shows the remains of Ravenscraig Castle and one of Kirkcaldy’s High Rise apartment buildings which appears to be well maintained.

The second extra shows the open garden of Dysart Carmalite Monastery and the crucifix.

The third extra shows me photographed by Pat during our round of photography.

Although the weather was bright and sunny as my spectacles show, my attire also indicates a chill wind coming off the water of the Firth Of Forth.

Pat had prepared an excellent picnic to eat during our journey.

After our evening meal we caught up with the first episode in the new series of “Call the Midwife".
