Life through the lens...

Twins

Two number 16s.
Nice to see the sheep and lambs back in the fields near home.
Unfortunately they were in the far field and photographing was difficult.
The field near the path is still full of daffodils, and so they won’t be moved to there until the flowers have finished.

A lovely morning walk in beautiful sunshine.
I saw my first orange tip butterflies, but no chance of a shot as they never stopped fluttering.
The thrushes, blackbirds, chaffinches, chiffchaffs, robins etc. we’re all singing their hearts out. Must be enjoying this lovely weather too.

We set the alarm clock early so that we could listen to our granddaughter, Jennie, being interviewed on Radio Sheffield at 7 am.
She is one of the volunteers from Hallam University, who are helping with the Covid tests for the spectators watching the World Snooker Championship at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield.
A difficult interview over the phone.
She did so well, and made us very proud.
Glad it wasn’t me. I would have got really tongue tied.
