Blackthorn Blackbird

I was sitting on an old wooden chair that I leave in Butterfly Alley hoping to capture a blackcap in the blackthorn blossom. which sadly is fading fast. A cock blackbird was singing lustily and suddenly the hen landed immediately above me. I thought she was carry nesting material but having looked at the image on screen I think it's three small dirty slugs.
