Vitamin C & Zinc

Played around with some pics taken today. But they didn’t ‘abstract’. Turned to an old favourite, a glass. Was sitting in front of me, and the Vitamin C tablet had just dissolved. Perfect.

Busy day. 15,000 steps. Met G down by the pier at 10:00. Blue sky, sunny, refreshing cool breeze. So so beautiful. Must get out earlier in future.

G’s son (another G) deposited baby L with us, and we strolled through the gardens, to the tennis courts where Mr B was continuing to try his knee out (the jury’s still out).

Home to change and a snack, then Mr B and I drove down the road to Southbourne and a brisker walk with friends A & A along the cliff-top, back via the beach, and a pit-stop at Urban Beach.

Ready to relax, and so I shall as soon as my blip is done.
