Eggsactly!

We spent the day at home doing various tidying up tasks.
Today’s Blipfoto was taken during our lunch and shows hand painted eggs sitting in a ceramic egg box.

The shells are hand painted by our Czech "Vladimira". Quite a skilled operation. They arrived through the mail completely intact.

The egg box is a find that we purchased at the last Pittenweem Art Festival which was nearly 22 months ago. We recently received the news, that as well as the 2020, the 2021 festival has been cancelled.

I drove Pat for her second vaccination this afternoon and then returned to watch another Grand Designs and The Young Montalbano.

The GD programmes are quite interesting, although in this particular episode, KC’s commentary was verging on the "rude".

I do wonder if the owners of these projects are actually compensated for the time they devote to allowing KC and his production crew make the programme.

If not, they certainly should be.

Every time I watch Montalbano in any series, I keep thinking that we should drive to Sicily and do some site seeing. Probably a 2022 event.
