Magnolia past its best

The magnolia in our front garden has dropped a lot of its petals now but there are many things coming to life or flowering in the garden.
We have a large garden and we refer to the different area as "front", "side", "drive", "back" and "far" gardens
Another lovely day. Look how blue that sky is!
Haven't done a lot. Did some washing but that's not exactly hard graft! It dried nicely in hte sunshine and breeze.
We went to B&Q but didn't buy anything (it's rare for both of us to go there and buy nothing).
Did some soil-sieving and bits in the garden this afternoon.
