After taking Josh to school and Thomas to play school, where he's just started for two mornings per week, my daughter and I went home. She wanted a nap, so I went down the road into Swansea Vale Nature Reserve which has a board walk around the perimeter.

I'd been there before with the boys but only for a short walk, so it was lovely to be able to walk a bit faster and without being distracted. Gorse, bluebells, whitebells, ladies smock, celandines, marsh marigolds, tadpoles, Canada geese and a heron. I did 3 circuits and then went back to have a cuppa before pick up time.
