Take me to your leader ....

The red currant bush has been invaded by creatures from outer space....  I wish them joy with our leader.  If they do get to him then perhaps they can get a straight answer out of him about how the Downing Street refurb works have been funded.  Actually, scratch that, I don't think anyone ever gets a straight answer from Johnson.

This is a shot of a shield bug, spotted braving the cold today.  Being the local variety (i.e. native to Britain) these are non-smelly bugs, unlike their American relative the stink bug who is much less well behaved ;-)

The weather seems to be struggling to stay in double figures at the moment, particularly when you factor in the wind chill.  It is nearly May - high time the weather started to warm up properly I think!
