Top bird

Watched these two starlings bickering, seemingly in competition for the highest perch.

Not such a blue-sky day as the Blip would imply, and perishing cold again for the time of year. Need to get outside and do some work in the 'yard, but not tempted outside today. Instead, continued filling gaps between skirtings and floor in the hall. Still lots to do. 

Decided to start a free 14-day trial on the 'Ancestry' website, and to spend 30 minutes every lunch time on my family tree instead of doing puzzles. MrM has decided to do the same. Signed up yesterday evening, and this lunchtime spent rather longer than the allotted 30 minutes engrossed in following up 'hints'....
