Apparently... this is ok to do...

At the risk of being accurately accused of sounding like the grumpy old man that I can at times be, this trailer (which is deemed by NSW Govt as being road-worthy) has been parked opposite our local park for nearly a year now - without moving.  It arrived with a full load of what looks like mostly rubbish and has attracted even more.

Oddly enough, some of the new rubbish looks more useful than the stuff that's on the trailer.  Maybe that's the idea - a tactic for collecting better junk than you already own?

Surely taking it to the tip is cheaper than the $200 per annum registration fee!
