Island in the Sun

This was the sunrise this morning, taken from my door - it was so beautiful, not too garish.  As I do, some intentional camera movement, two images blended.  One image a horizontal swoop movement, the second a straight horizontal movement.

We were in the garden at 9 am getting stuck in to the autumn clean up, massive job but having Doug helping makes such a difference.
We both had to go out this afternoon, then later on we managed a walk just as the sun was setting.

Hence, I'm very late with dinner and my  blip.
