St. Michael's Parish Church

Here in Edinburgh, it's Scottish Parliament election-day ...

... my 'Polling Place' has changed this year - local votes are now being cast in the main hall of St. Michael's Parish Church, on Slateford Road. The top half of the collage here is taken from just across the road, and shows the Church bell-tower: I thought it looked really quite rural for a polling place so close to the City Centre!

That's the sixth Scottish Parliament Elections I've voted in - every one since devolution in 1999. If you're in Scotland, no matter how you vote, I really hope you do so before 10pm this evening :-)
