Back to birds

I had zoom talk with Lucie this morning and she told me all about the recent residential week that she'd attended in Christchurch.  It was the start to a diploma course which will be a good add on to her degree but will also get her a promotion at work. She's very enthusiastic not least about Christchurch itself, I think she may well ask for a transfer to the branch down there.

There's a Goosander family at the reserve but I've not seen them yet, usually they're very visible but I keep missing them.  Meanwhile there are always Dunnocks to be seen ........ and heard!
