Taken early, when the rain was still torrential, a pigeon pair enjoying a bath on my garage roof, although I'm afraid the photo's not very clear. They kept sitting right down in it and then lifting each wing in turn to wash under their armpits wings. Strangely fascinating to watch, and the rest of the day continued just as slowly. A bit of sewing, filling, painting and podcasting* and then a quick 2.5 mile whizz round the block.

I don't think we'll be climbing tomorrow, a walk's planned just in case, but we were lucky to climb yesterday in good weather!
