Nap Hand

Primula halleri, an alpine species related to the Bird's Eye Primrose, a rare British native.    This little group is planted in a small trough and has proved remarkably tough, surviving five years and two house moves.   It's featured here several times before and once again reminds me of travels in the mountains in early summer.

A better day weatherwise than yesterday but mostly a quiet one here.   A lie in was needed after a very late night and the day hasn't gained much momentum.   An hours cleaning at work tonight got me out at least and Meg is stronger today so got a slightly longer outing but she's going to be very restricted exercise-wise for a while yet.
