Spoilt ballot

I’m registered as an overseas voter as overseas is where I should be. Perplexed as to why my proxy never received the postal vote in my name, I enquired with the (remarkably responsive) Cambridge elections office. I was reminded that overseas voters don’t get rights in local elections, so I will have to content myself with watching the results roll in. This feels like another less than ideal aspect of limbo life; in the UK for a protracted period but not in the UK properly enough to have all voting rights.

I was gifted this contraption today; a head massager. This evening called for some listening to uplifting anthems and repeated use of the head massager.
