Day 415 In flower at last!

This year everything has been slow to flower as the weather has been so cold and April very dry, although May is making up for that.  Last year (on 4 May)  I blipped the corner where this and another ceanothus are planted  and both wee so smothered in flowers that I called it the blue corner.  Not so this year, although finally we can see some colour.
In other news:  today I managed a slightly extended walk to the end of the road, around the corner and back home through the donkey patch, so progress is being made!
