Help Yourself!

This pink thing is the edge of a bowl of newly mixed up bird food.  I usually put it down on a low wall while i top up the other bird feeders .  The robin couldn't wait for me to stock up the hanging feeder and helped himself from the bowl.  He obviously wasn't aware of the colour clash between red and pink!  He doesn't seem to mind how close I get with my camera - though I wanted a sharper image than this. I was using a fixed lens so couldn't zoom in - will try a zoom lens tomorrow. It was raining for most of the day, and there wasn't enough light so I couldn't get better settings for overall sharpness.
