Strutting

I'm surprised I'm using this shot of the male pheasant strutting about in the garden. He looked great in the sun though the female didn't think so. she was hiding from him under the holly bush.

I thought I'd be blipping my hairdresser and I thought the salon mirror but just as I was looking my best, a friend recognised my voice behind my mask and long hair and our conversation distracted me from getting the shot! Other shots taken during the procedure were two scary to be published.

The afternoon was lovely and The Man was out with The B-I-L so I went for a little jog. I took the camera with me this time and detoured for a few shots but I'll be trying those again another day.
