Stuck in the Mud

A blustery day following a very wild and windy night. I sleep up top in our motorhome and got the full thrust of all the battering from the wind - at times it was quite scary. A great deal of rain fell overnight onto already sodden ground.

When we'd parked up the night before the farmer had said the ground was wet but he had a tractor and could pull us out. So, this morning, when we were clearly stuck, a tow was required; all done very efficiently.

We've had a great day walking the cliffs - so very windy it was difficult to stay on course. Some great photo opportunities although I still tend to work too quickly instead of thinking about the essence of what I'm after. Better editing when we are home will help.

The wind has calmed so it should be a more peaceful night
