Eider duckling

ArcLight suggested yesterday that I might blip an eider duckling today, so here is one.

As a bonus, I also include an extra of a goosander with her two babies riding on her back. I took both photos on the Water of Leith this morning. The birds were quite far away from me, so the shots are not as good as I would have liked.

I managed to finish the amendments and submit the revised version of my co-authored journal paper this afternoon. I have also continued my research assessment work.

Tonight we are heading over to Paddy and Caitlin's flat so that Paddy can show it off to his granny (Mummy hazelh - still with us until Friday).
