Evening in Bridlington

Snotty cold or not, back many weeks ago I'd booked an overnight stay in Bridlington, and a photography day (tomorrow).  So I'm in Brid, where I've had a blissful walk along the beach, as the weather has gradually cleared.  And of course, fish and chips to go with that :-)  I didn't manage to persuade Richard to join in; he is going to London instead, for a day working in the national office of the UK Folklore Society (he is its treasurer).

The original plan for the photography day was a morning boat outing and then an afternoon on the cliffs at Bempton. In fact, there's a strong wind and a swell forecast, and the boat trip is off. But there should be dry weather for the morning. I hope!
