Working in the Garden

This usually means "gardening" but today it means sitting in the shade and doing yesterday's blip (me), and reading pre-meeting material and then working on a translation (Jan). Now and again one of us would go for a short wander and pick weeds (J) or get ready to trim trees (K). All-in-all a lovely way to spend a morning.
Later, after brunch, we got onto the real gardening. I'd planned to start a new garden building project but it never happened because I thought I'd just trim a branch or two that hangs above our drive. 6 hours later you could see blue sky all along our drive and there were 5 large bags of mashed tree, ready to keep the weeds down. The branches that were too thick for the compost mill are converted into next winter's firewood.
Not the planned work but a good job to have done when our 2,5 meter high campervan finally arrives.
