Day 436 In the garden IV

As a new month begins, a  fourth day of wonderful sunshine and clear blue skies brings back memories of last year and the several heatwaves that we had.  Then, as now, being able to enjoy the garden made staying at home all the more bearable and I remember feeling for those in 2020 and beyond having to live in high rise blocks with little access to the outdoors.
The honeybells have now opened sufficiently for the bees to visit and they did today, although it was rather windy and made accurate photography rather more difficult.  I've chosen a shot  which clearly  shows the flowers for my main blip but in extras, yet another collage of my favourite bee and flower shots.

In other news: today we have reached a milestone in the UK in that no Covid-19 deaths were recorded, the first time since March 2020.
