Helen has come up for a couple of days while Omar does some boy things. Football, buck's party etc.
The twins are thriving. Ayman seems generally more contented than he used to be. Maybe having two teeth come through helps. Meanwhile Ella is yet to produce any and is a little more subdued this time, but still a happy little thing. 
You can attribute a lot to teeth :-)
