Large Wet Poppy

An unexpected (but not unwelcome) wet day saw me spend the day pottering at home, apart from a foray out for the weekly shop.

With the rain now falling fairly hard, I opened the front door and took some shots of the oriental poppies flowering well in the garden using the long lens with extender attached.
