A welcome walk

Two out of the last three nights Mr T has been awake from about 03:00 onwards and fretting about any number of random things, and it was almost impossible to settle him back down.  One of neighbours came round for an hour this afternoon to give me a break and a walk in the sunshine which was very welcome.  I've made a collage of the bee bank and a part of the stream that you normally see with a much higher water level.  Also this week is Carers Week with the theme make caring visible and valued.  I was asked by the Carers Support Centre if I would be happy to be interviewed on the BBC Radio Bristol breakfast show.  I agreed but I was very nervous.
