Another "Handyman Special"

This poor old house -- there are so many beautiful details here.  Whoever built it obviously took great pride in elements such as the elegant dentil moulding on the eaves and the varied pattern of the shingles decorating the second storey near the peak of the roof. 

Who knows what sad tales this house has to tell, but clearly something went terribly, terribly wrong.
