Vipers Bugloss

Backblip

H and I did the circular walk from Blakeney to Cley and we came across this stunning flower, Vipers Bugloss.   There were just a couple of them in an area of land belonging to The National Trust.  I'm very fond of blue flowers and the combination of blue and pink is so pretty although hard to do it justice in a photograph.

We also enjoyed seeing foxgloves, ox-eye daisies, Sainfoin, red campion and best of all, H found a tiny bee-orchid hiding in the grass right next to the path.
