Decisions

Whilst this wee chap was was deciding whether to jump, whether to fly or whether to stay put, I was deciding whether to jump, whether to fly or whether to stay put.   'Fly' won for him but in the absence of any wings for me, I opted for jump.........I'll jump in the van tomorrow and stay overnight up at the Lake (real jumping is far too strenuous for me these days!)  The van needs a bit of a run to keep it ticking over so it seems sensible to use it to use it to go on our trip tomorrow.........and it seems sensible and enjoyable to spend a night up there.......just because I can.

So....we're [finally!] off on our Fungi Foray tomorrow to find and photograph fungi - not everyone's cup of tea, I know, but, inspired by some incredible fungi photographers in our Camera Club, we're going to see if we can put some of what D has taught us into practice.  Today was therefore centred around getting a few things packed into the van.
