Another Winged Neighbor

I couldn't forget the bees in this series of winged neighbors.  This is a Common Eastern Bumble Bee, Bombus impatiens ( don't you love that name!  It seems so perfect.) They love the Baptisia australis or Blue False Indigo.  I have a yellow variety as well but they don't like it as much.  Of course, the Catmint is also very enticing to the bees.  As the Baptisia is starting to fade, I thought I would feature this fuzzy little friend.   Yesterday was a picture perfect day.  Hoping for a bit of rain this afternoon.  We could sure use it.
