Scum of the Earth Part 2... this is one of the terrible things we have to deal with every day... vandalism, tearing around with cars and mopeds, noise nuisance due to loud music, intimidation, dealing and using all kinds of drugs... really amazing and it gets worse by the day... Scum of the Earth has risen...BUT Always Look on the Bright Side of Life
