A wild iris found on my wanderings

I've seen many iris flowers this spring, with many forms and colours. this was one I'd never spotted before on the edge of a river bank. The bee attracted me to take these pictures, but it was only when I looked at it on my computer did I notice various insects also enjoying the flowers. This blue one stood out.
