BLADDER CAMPION

Silene vulgaris......I know it's not Flower Friday but I didn't get a chance to post a flower yesterday as I was at the track from 06:30 to 21:00 and then up much of the night editing pix for the Radical Cup series. So here it is now. Shot this yesterday between races.

I rather like this plant despite it being an invasive species from Europe. It is now very common in the U.S. at least east of the Mississloppy River. I've not seen it in the west.
