Mono Monday....Go

Open wide and ...Go.  For the mono challenge this week, thanks to Random_angel for hosting...A lucky shot as I just opened the window this morning and there they were.
Still nursing my back with a hot water bottle, it's not too bad when I am moving, but aches when I sit down. I did think it sensible to go to my excercise class today, rather than sit around, so hopefully the stretching and bending will help.  Dull and grey and it's Mid Summer Day, I hope the sun does return, and summer hasn't been and gone for this year..!
