Nice weather for....

....Frogs.

It is now the rainy season here and last night it lived up to its name. It started raining at 6.30, just as we were heading out, just drizzling. But whilst we were eating the rain came down in ernest, quickly flooding the garden area of the restaurant we were in. The toilets are also located in the garden area, one poor patron looked outside and even though an umbrella was on offer, decided he could wait. Fortunately by the time we were ready to leave the rain had stopped. This tiny frog and his friend live in the water feature outside the restaurant he sounded very happy about the rain. I managed two quick shots before he hopped away.

As the Covid 19 figures in Chiang Mai are now so low, 1or 2 traceable cases only for the past week, restaurants can now serve alcohol again.
