Wee Beastie

A nice day in the garden. I am pretty well confined to barracks due to Hollie dog's recovery and Mrs I being otherwise engaged. So, more time spent prone amongst the shrubs and monsters lurking therein. I was photographing the Jasmine which is just about to burst into flower when I noticed this creature and took a few close shots, but could not identify it. It looked pretty mean to me so I backed off. I mean it was at least half an inch long for pete's sake!!
