I went to Huntley Meadows again to see the spoonbill that has somehow made its way to Northern Virginia.  It was foggy when I arrived at sunrise and made for a beautiful and peaceful scene.  There were at least a dozen egrets browsing about looking for breakfast.  The spoonbill showed up and the egrets kindly shared the buffet without any fighting.  
It was a quick two hour visit today as temperatures were what you would expect in July.  OSuzanna showed up a little after sunrise so it was a special treat to have an unplanned blip meet.  She got a fabulous photo of the spoonbill in flight.  You can see that here: https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2858837752034627546
