Buzz Off

Our return day, so packing to go, a goodbye to Aunty V, and then the long journey home. Which was OK.

We arrived back tired, but unpacked and sorted out a meal. Lots to do tomorrow - whilst we have been away our favourite decorator (who has become a friend over the years) has been doing some redecorating for us, so we have to put things back together.

I saw this fly taking nectar from a bush as I was packing the car. I thought it was a large wasp until it landed conveniently on the wall, allowing closer inspection. The idea must be that potential predators also mistake it for a wasp.
