Leith Walk’s hipster future

A new coffee shop on Leith Walk, where there used to be a funeral directors. A sign of the gentrifying times? Well, at least it’s a #leithwalkshop. It fits well with the Campervan Brewery tap room, which we visited with meles and DaveH for excellent fresh beers and a good pub vibe later on. That certainly marks a growth in amenity in the vicinity of here, and life felt almost normal when we were there.

I spent most of the rest of the day writing, but didn’t make as much progress with my piece of writing as I hoped. I went round in circles a bit. Bah.
